Sunday Group Workout 5/2/2010

Running Intervals:
-1/4 mile warm-up
-1/4 fast (set pace)
-1/2 mile at pace
-3/4 mile at pace

Barbell Workout on Crissy Field
-Squat to press
-Deadlift
-Walking lunge
-Bicep curl
-Oblique tilts
-Push up to oblique knee ins
-Barbell leg lifts
-Chest press
-Bent over row
